1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website at www.karma-app.com (the "Site") is operated by Karma Inc. ("Karma", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. By using the Site or joining our waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms govern the Site and waitlist only. The Karma mobile app is not yet available; separate terms of service will govern the app when it launches.
2. The Site is informational and pre-launch
The Site describes a product that is in development. Content on the Site — including descriptions of features, launch timing, statistics, partnerships and imagery — is provided for information only, may change without notice, and does not constitute a commitment, offer or warranty that any feature will be delivered, or delivered in the form described.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or submit any information through the Site.
4. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account, a contract for services, or any entitlement to access the app at launch or at any particular time.
- We may operate early access in stages, by region or otherwise, at our discretion.
- You must provide a valid email address that you are entitled to use. You may leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
- How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting false or automated waitlist entries, or using it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it — including the Karma name, logo, ribbon motif, "do good, feel great, repeat", text, graphics, screenshots and design — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute or create derivative works from its content without our written permission. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to our trademarks or other intellectual property.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices; use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (or the waitlist) at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karma Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and if you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and forum rights of the country or state where you live.
